Return Policy


Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day return policy. If your product is faulty, you can email us with photographic proof & request a replacement or a refund. 

Please email: support@fittribeapparel.com with your return claim.

* To complete your return, we require proof of purchase as well, so retain your documentation.

* To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged.

* We do not accept returns if you change your mind. We also don't accept returns if you have chosen the wrong size so be sure to consult the size guide provided or if in doubt buy a size up! Regifting is also an option! You can make someone's day with an awesome gift! 

 

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Downloadable software products

* Books with obvious signs of use

* Any item that is returned after more than 30 days after delivery

 

Approval:

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days or the new replacement item will be shipped to you.

 

Missing Refund:

Late or missing refunds (if applicable).

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@fittribeapparel.com.


Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds unless there is proof that the item was faulty. 

 

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or faulty; not if you have changed your mind or have selected the wrong size so be sure to double check your order before completing checkout.
